Understanding teleradiology
Teleradiology allows a radiologist to interpret your imaging exams without being physically present in the facility where you are being treated.
This organization, governed by French regulations, relies on secure digital tools that transmit your images to a qualified radiologist. The radiologist then writes their report under the exact same conditions as a traditional consultation. Teleradiology is particularly useful when a facility does not have an on-site radiologist—such as during night shifts, weekends, or public holidays—ensuring that your care is not delayed.
Who reads your exams?
All medical reports produced within our system are written by radiologists registered with the French Medical Council (Conseil de l’Ordre des Médecins).
Our network brings together 850 radiologists practicing in France, whose professional qualifications are verified and whose practice is overseen by our Medical Governance and Ethics Committee. This committee, composed of 27 experts including 22 University Professor-Hospital Practitioners, is chaired by Dr. Marc Zins. It guarantees the scientific and ethical quality of the interpretations delivered to each patient.
The protection of your data
All images and medical reports produced as part of your care are hosted exclusively in France, on infrastructures certified by healthcare authorities (HDS).
None of your health data leaves French territory. It is stored across three certified Health Data Hosting (HDS) data centers located in Alençon, Marcoussis, and Lyon. Data transfers between your facility and these centers are protected by end-to-end encryption. Our organization complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Continuous organization
Our system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
For urgent examinations—particularly during emergency room visits, hospitalization, or surgical procedures—your facility can rely on medical interpretation within the required clinical timeframes. In the event of a life-threatening emergency or detection of a serious abnormality, the radiologist directly contacts the referring physician by phone, without waiting for the written report to be transmitted.
A strict regulatory framework
Teleradiology is practiced in accordance with current regulations and professional recommendations.
Our system complies with the medical code of ethics, the public health code, and the recommendations of the National Council of the Order of Physicians as well as the French Society of Radiology regarding teleradiology. The radiologist who interprets your examination acts within the scope of their professional responsibility, as if they were seeing you in their office. A medical agreement formalizes the conditions of this care between the physicians and your healthcare facility.

You have all the rights provided by French regulations regarding your personal health data.
You may at any time access your imaging reports, request the correction of inaccurate information, or exercise the other rights provided by the General Data Protection Regulation.
