Opening of France Imageries Territoires’ capital to radiologists

In the context of an accelerating industry shift – and given that the original ambition set when the France Imageries Territoires Holding and HIR (an investment vehicle for the roughly 300 radiologists already shareholders, who hold over 80% of HFI’s capital) were launched in January 2019 will be reached as early as September 2022 instead of end of 2023 – HFI will once again open up HIR’s capital this year to the radiology community.

The ambition is to expand the community from 300 to 500 shareholder radiologists by the end of the process in late October 2022, thereby strengthening the medical profession’s weight in ownership and governance.
