Through this cooperation, the facility relies on the expertise of TeleDiag member radiologists, who are committed to working alongside it every day. Whether it’s about strengthening the existing imaging offering — with round-the-clock skills and expertise — or providing the tools (white-label platform) to support facilities in their (tele)radiology organization, our cooperative model puts practitioners at the heart of decision-making.
Specifically, our involvement covers continuity of care (PDSES) as well as scheduled activity for CT. For continuity of care, our support aims to relieve the on-site radiologist teams during nights and weekends.
From a technical standpoint, the integration was carried out with the facility’s Softway RIS. This integration was carried out to minimize the workload for the radiology department’s MERM (radiographers) and AMA (medical secretaries).
In line with the G4’s recommendations, radiologists from the Grand Est region mobilize as a priority. A huge thank you to the teams for their trust.
