Thanks to its exam-distribution approach and its unrivalled virtual on-call center, TeleDiag has significantly increased its activity this summer, particularly for continuity of care.
Over 100,000 patients were cared for during this period alone, supporting the running of our long-standing facilities and the launch of new sites.
The ongoing development of our tools continues to deliver greater efficiency and safety, and the mobilization of its many members made it possible to absorb the workload while highlighting the quality and simplicity of the enhanced setup (workflow, integrations, clinical data collector, AI, and KeyDiag structured reasoning and reports).
An example of feedback received on the morning of August 16: « I was on call last night, and I want to congratulate the team on the work done on the care-management module: real, remarkable smoothness and undeniable technical progress. I’d do it again. ».
To support this collective effort, 35 new radiologists (public and private) have also joined the network, particularly from the PACA region, to meet the needs of GHT13 and GHT83, the Paris region and Hauts de France, where needs are significant.
