On-site support for the launch of the DMCV Pau – TeleDiag Collaboration

➔After supporting radiologists with their on-call commitments for the Béarn CT scanner throughout the summer, TeleDiag’s radiologists are now working during the day at the CT and MRI units of the DMCV group (Polyclinique de Navarre site).

➔On-site support from a member of the administrative team allowed users to be guided through their first shifts and to have their medical-organizational questions answered.

➔Shifts by organ specialty are also planned soon, along with tighter integration with the RIS to simplify the user experience.
